Data Deletion Instructions
You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Here is how.
How to request deletion
- Email kthospitaldgl@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Include your full name and the phone number or email address you used to contact us, so we can find your information.
- Tell us what you would like deleted — for example an enquiry, a job application, or everything we hold about you.
You can also send the same request on WhatsApp, call us on +91 88077 22202, or ask at the hospital reception at No. 222, Palani Road, near Palani Bye-Pass Junction, Dindigul — 624 003, Tamil Nadu.
What happens next
- We confirm that we have received your request within 7 days.
- We may ask you to confirm your identity, so that nobody else can delete your information.
- We delete your information within 30 days and email or message you once it is done.
What we may have to keep
If you have been treated at the hospital, Indian law requires us to keep your medical records for a minimum period, and billing records for tax purposes. We cannot delete those records early, but we will delete everything else and tell you exactly what had to be kept and why.
Facebook and Instagram
Our website uses a Meta (Facebook / Instagram) app only to show public posts from our own Facebook page and Instagram account. You never log in to it, and it does not collect or store any data from your Facebook or Instagram account — so there is no app data to delete.
If you would still like to remove any app's access to your Facebook account, open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, then select the app and choose Remove.
Website analytics
Google Analytics data about website visits does not identify you by name. You can clear it from your device by deleting cookies in your browser, and stop it being collected with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
